| 摘 要： | 实行按大类招生的人才培养模式是我国高校教学改革的一大趋势。通过运用SW OT分析法,对按大类招生人才培养模式的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析。最后的建议是：在实施按大类招生人才培养模式过程中,教学管理者必须考虑学校自身实际情况,结合学校的办学资源、人才培养目标、相配套的培养方案、教学管理制度等谨慎地实施。
