摘    要:高校师生角色关系是一种围绕教育教学过程而形成的特殊人际关系,是教师和学生角色互动的结果。基于角色理论的视角,探讨目前高校师生角色关系失调的主要表现为:师生角色间冲突、师生角色不清和师生角色失败;究其原因主要是:角色规范的表面化使得师生角色行为缺乏指导和制约、角色期望的模糊不清或者冲突使得师生角色行为无所适从;并在此基础上提出从角色环境入手明确师生角色规范和期望、从角色主体入手强化师生对角色规范和期望的认同两方面改善师生角色关系失调的建议。
