高校人事分配制度改革的公平、激励理论

摘    要:本世纪初,党中央、国务院做出关于推进高等学校新一轮内部管理体制改革的决定。从前一时期看.各高校的改革取得了一定的成绩。但在改革过程中显现出了许多不完善之处,产生了许多新问题。因此,有必要对我国高校人事分配制度改革的理论基础作进一步探析和现实研究,特别是公平、激励理论的研究,这有利于为改革的顺利进行提供科学依据和有益参考。

Abstract:At the beginning of this century, the Central Committee of CPC and the State Council made the decision to carry out reforms into the internal management system in colleges and universities. Up to today, we have made great achievements, yet we still have a lot of problems. So it is necessary to carry out research into the theory of the distribution system for Colleges and Universities, especially in the field of fairness stimulation theory , this will provide scientific and good reference for our reform.
