| 摘 要： | 物流业务外包已经成为工商企业物流运作的基本模式。怎样才能在低成本的环境下获得高水平的物流服务，如何在最短的时间快速响应顾客需求，最大程度提高顾客满意度，从而获得最大利润是工商企业追求的目标，本文从这些问题入手，分析了工商企业选择第三方物流的原因，探讨了第三方物流给工商企业带来的利益，并提出了工商企业选择第三方物流的原则。

| Abstract: | Logistics outsourcing has become the basic model of logistics operation in industrial-commercial enterprises. How to access to a high level logistics services in a low- cost and how to respond to customer demands in the shortest time and finally gain maximum profits are the goal that industrial- commereial enterprises have always pursued. This paper analyzes the reasons, the interests and the principles by which industrial- commercial enterprises select the third- party logistics. |
