The instructional design before class is of vital importance to the instructional results of psychology for non psychology majors in teachers' colleges and normal universities. Teachers, students,course plan,equipments and resources are the prerequisites to instructional design,whose focus is classroom teaching and whose aim is to help teachers how to do well in teaching and accomplish desired tasks. lnstructional design of psychology has many essential factors, of which the following four points should be paid special attention to: the instructional goal, the entry behavior, the teaching strategy and the instructional evaluation.
