| 摘 要： | 高职院校师资队伍数量不足和结构失衡均发生质变并辐辏于专业素质薄弱,必须构建全面提升师资专业素质的体制和机制。国家层面,构建职前职后一体化的高职师资专业化发展新体系和新机制;社会层面,打造以校企合作、工学结合为特征的高职师资专业化发展新模式;院校层面,深刻挖掘校本进修在高职师资专业化发展中的潜力。
