| 摘 要： | 为有效应对经济社会发展对技能型人才的需求,消除人才流动中的学位障碍,我国有必要为高等职业教育设置独立的职业学位。职业学位可暂设为副学士和学士两个层次,预留硕士和博士的发展空间,同时,为其制定严格的授予标准和程序,建立科学的评价机制,提高职业教育的人才培养质量和发展水平。
