| 摘 要： | 国际化与本土化,是全球化趋势下中国特色现代职业教育体系建设的一个重要内容和战略。目前,我国在这方面存在重引进轻创新与多趋同少特色、重技术轻人文与多功利少和谐、重经验轻研究与多形式少实效等弊端。在未来发展中,我国应确立改革、开放、合作、融通、创新的职教发展新理念,建设具有中国特色和现代品质的职教新体系,打造具有中国特色的现代职教人才培养新模式。
