| 摘 要： | 依据对建筑行业和施工企业人力资源的分析,从教育分类、培养方式和人才需求三个方面分析,土建类高等职业教育培养目标应定位于施工现场的技术和管理人员。《建造师执业资格制度暂行规定》和《建筑工程施工现场专业人员职业标准》等可作为土建类高职院校人才培养的基本方向。在此基础上,根据知识和能力形成的一般规律,可将人才培养划分为基本理论知识学习和专项基本技能训练、顶岗实习三个阶段。
