摘    要:相对于传统三段式的课程模式,三段递进课程模式从技术学科的系统性出发,更关注学生的可持续发展。其课程开发依照分析-归纳-课化过程来进行,即通过科学的市场与岗位分析,对行业与岗位发展所需的知识结构、能力结构、态度结构、证书结构等进行有针对性的归纳与梳理,进而形成一套系统化的课程体系。
