职业学校发展性班主任工作评价体系的构建

摘    要:构建科学的职业学校班主任工作评价体系对班主任开展工作与自身发展具有积极的导向作用。将班主任工作直接与学生考试成绩挂钩、重视结果评价忽视工作过程评价、单一的量化指标,以及考核评价目的不明确是目前职业学校班主任评价存在的普遍问题。职业学校应尝试建立一种评价双方互相信任、重过程轻结论、以班主任自评为主,以及肯定个性化差异的发展性评价体系。
