职业教育培养的技能主要是指操作技能,这种技能是经过反复练习便可习得的,是在做中学并得以掌握的;而技术主要是指生产技术,是人类利用各种自然科学原理及生产经验创造出的各种方法、工艺及工具等的综合。结合中、高职教育的层次定位,中等职业教育应以培养技能型人才为主,高等职业教育应以培养技术型人才为主。
