摘    要:我国高职院校双师素质教师队伍建设虽已取得较大成就,但从政策制度制定、完善和执行层面来看,政府、企业和学校均还存在一定的问题,解决这些问题的策略是完善教师资格认定和职称评定制度,强化行业的社会责任,制定有效的教师终身培训和激励制度,逐步形成双师素质教师培养制度保障体系。

Abstract:The construction of dual-qualification teaching staff has achieved a great deal in higher vocational colleges.However,problems also exist in policies' making,completion and execution among government,enterprises and colleges.The strategies for solving these problems are:maturate recognition of teachers' qualifications and evaluation of their professional titles,strengthen industries' social responsibilities and generate effective lifelong training system and incentive system for teachers,and gradually form ...
