| 摘 要： | 地方虚拟研究中心是我国发达地区出现的一种新型创新组织，其实质就是帮助地方中小企业通过地方虚拟专网连接外部的R＆D机构，提高地方中小企业的R＆D能力。本文研究了地方虚拟研究中心的组织特点，运行基础和运行阶段。

| Abstract: | ： Regional virtual research center is a new kind of innovation organization， which has emerged in China＇s developed areas． Its function is to help regional medium and small－sized enterprises connect outside R＆D institutions through regional virtual private network， thus improving these enterprises＇ R＆D ability． The paper studies the organizing features， functioning base and phases of the regional virtual research development center． |
