| Abstract: | Water is the source of life and material foundation of human civilizati on and social development. Though the water resources are rich on the earth, the fresh water available is little. So water-saving is an important problem the world is facing. Our nation is one of those which is short of water and whose water resources are getting worse and worse. So we must economize on water scientifically and enforcing the management of water use will be inevitable. |
