从"说课"看中学体育师资状况

通过基本功考核，了解沈阳市中学体育教师现状。结果表明：城乡体育教师的学历存在明显差异，年龄结构相对合理，整体素质有待提高，尤其是教学教法能力普遍差，反映出高师体育教学存在的问题，为高师体育教学改革提供理论依据。

Evaluating the current situation of middle school seachers of P.E.from the demonstration of the class

We can find out the current situation of the middle school teachers of P.E. in Shenyang by means of examining the basic skills.The result shows that there is much difference between the teachers of P.E. in the cities and suburbs in the diplomas and age structure is relatively reasonable,and qualities as a whole is expected to be promoted.Especially the abilities and skills of teaching are generally low,which shows that the problem lies in the teaching of P.E.of normal colleges.All these supply the theory basis for the teaching reform.
