| 摘 要： | 本文从移动证券的国内外发展现状出发,首先界定了移动证券并进行分类,然后分别分析了SMS炒股、WAP炒股、JAVA炒股I、VR炒股的业务流程,最后,基于业务流程的分析提出了移动证券的产业链、产业价值链,以及利益主体在产业价值链中的融合与分化。

| Abstract: | Mobile Stock links with the telecommunication industry and securities industry. This paper firstly introduces the Chinese and foreign development of mobile stock, and defines the research range of mobile stock, then analyzes the workflow of SMS stock, WAP stock, JAVA stock, IVR stock. Based on above analysis, it proposes the Industry Chain, Industrial Value Chain of mobile stock, and the interest changes in the chain. |
