南朝宣诏呈奏机枢制度略论

在封建专制王朝，君主旨令等同于国家法令，是国务活动的重要依据。诏令的草拟、传宣、章奏的进呈等宣诏呈奏机枢之任，秦汉时由丞相独掌，南朝时则从机构组织、职掌分工上为隋唐时正式分权于三省准备好了条件。本文对这一关键时期机枢权力的演变作了一概要探究。

During th e dynasties of feudal autocracy, the imperial edicts namely go vernment decrees are important basis for state activities .Imperial edicts 'draft and so on had been controlled alone by prime ministers in the Qing and Ha n Dynasties. The above mentioned in the Southern Dynasty prepared cond itions for the Sui and Tang Dynasties from structural organization and division of labour with change .This article makes a discussion on the change of central power in the Southern Dynasties.
