高校博士学位教师工作满意度量表编制探析

建构适用于高校博士学位教师工作满意度的量表,参考国内外相关文献,主要关注工作本身、工作回报、工作关系、工作环境、工作条件等5个维度。已有量表的相关题项应做变动,如：预测量表有21个项目,项目分析表明所有题项均可保留;根据探索性因子分析及因子提取结果,部分题项则应删除。通过计算Cronbach＇sα发现5个维度的内部一致性系数基本大于或略等于0.700,量表的总体一致性系数为0.883,说明测量项内部一致性程度基本符合标准。

Construction of Job Satisfaction Scale Used on College Teachers with Doctor's Degree
