| 摘 要： | 流程管理的思想是随着管理学的产生发展而来的，不论是科学管理时期泰勒的作业程序化，20世纪60年代的质量管理运动与业务过程的自动化设计，还是起始于20世纪90年代的业务流程再造等，都是基于流程的管理思想的体现。通过对这些思想演进历程的梳理，使我们能够对流程管理的发展有较为全面的认识，理清和把握其未来发展方向。

| Abstract: | The birth of process management went with the development of management theory in the last one century. Not only Taylor＇s standardized operation procedure in period of scientific management, but also quality movement and process＇s design of automation in 1960＇s, and BPR in 1990＇s, all are the embodiments of process management thought. On the base of reviewing these management methods, we can have a deep understand to process management thought＇s evolution trend, and make clear its future development direction. |
