| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出了2020年基本普及高中阶段教育的战略目标。西部地区要实现这一目标,必须妥善做好高中阶段教育结构的调整,处理好教育与个人及社会需要、普通教育与职业技术教育的关系,保证西部高中阶段教育持续和健康发展。

| Abstract: | At the 16~(th) National Congress of the CPC, the Party set a strategic goal of basically popularizing high school education by the year of 2020. To realize this goal in the western region,we must adjust not only educational structure of high schools,but also relations between education and personal and social needs and relations between general education and vocational-technical education as well.Only in this way, can we guarantee a sustainable and healthy development of high school education in the western region. |
