| 摘 要： | 招录培养体制改革的目标是培养公安实战型人才,这为公安院校的德育课教学改革提供了理论依据。通过阐明招录培养体制下德育课程改革的必要性,分析公安院校德育课的现状并对存在问题进行探析,提出德育课程的特色体系构建模式,为各试点院校的德育课教学提供借鉴。
