CBA联赛外籍球员引进与管理问题研究

随着CBA联赛向职业化、市场化和国际化方向进一步发展,各俱乐部相继引进越来越多的外籍球员.通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法以及逻辑推理法,对CBA联赛外籍球员的引进和管理进行分析.以有关外籍球员引进和管理制度现状为切入点,对外籍球员引进和管理中存在的问题进行研究,并针对发现的问题提出了相应的对策,从而使CBA联赛可持续、健康发展.结论显示:CBA联赛引进外籍球员存在的问题主要有:各俱乐部资金不足；引进途径不完善；联赛吸引力不够和对美洲球员的独特偏爱,影响了引援的范围.CBA联赛对外籍球员引进管理上存在的问题主要有:限薪制度不完善；合同约束力不够；经纪人制度不成熟；中外文化差异造成管理困难；语言障碍以及部分外籍球员自身素质低下.
