| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,应用型运动休闲人才的培养成为了高校办学的一个重大课题.从应用型人才培养的普遍规律出发,对应用型运动休闲人才培养的理论与实践进行探讨.对应用型运动休闲人才进行了科学的定位,并在定位的基础上通过实践探索总结出了一些应用型运动休闲人才培养的普遍规律,以期对各高校的运动休闲人才培养提供借鉴.
