| 摘 要： | 由于受社会大环境、高校内部体制及图书馆自身工作性质的影响，高校图书馆馆员职业倦怠已成常态，具体表现在馆员心理、生理和行为三个方面，要有效化解馆员职业倦怠状态需从图书馆文化、图书馆制度设计和加强馆员心理干预三个维度入手。

| Abstract: | Because of the influences of the social environment, the internal system of colleges and the job nature of libraries, job burnout is very common among college librarians. Job burnout reflects mainly in the three aspects of the mentality, physiology and behaviors of librarians. In order to resolve effectively job burnout of librarians, the three dimensions of library culture, library system design and psychological intervention reinforcementshould be taken into account. |
