| 摘 要： | 长三角16个城市在推进一体化的过程中,在受行政区划及区域经济管理权力和责任的共同作用下产生的行政壁垒已经成为长三角经济深度融合的瓶颈。行政壁垒抬高了区域间经济要素流通的成本,降低了经济活力。要打破行政壁垒,必须注意弱化行政区划观念,建立共同的市场规则,克服不同地区政策和体制的落差,挖掘地域共同的文化资源。

| Abstract: | In the course of boosting the integration of the 16 cities in the Yangtze River delta,the factors of administrative district,power and obligation of economy have resulted in a bottleneck for deepening the economic development in the area.The administrative bulwark increases the circulation cost of the economic element and reduces the economic vigor.To break the administrative bulwark in the process of integration in the Yangtze River delta,we should weaken the concept of administrative district,set up the common market regulations,get over the differences of the regional policies and systems and explore the common regional and cultural wealth in the Yangtze River delta. |
