| 摘 要： | 数据包络分析方法是一种非参数方法,在处理多输入多输出的复杂问题时具有独特的优势,应用数据包络分析方法,选取陕西省某一煤矿十年的实际数据作为对照,对煤矿企业2003—2013年的效率进行了评价,分析结果表明,该煤炭企业在2011年效率达到了最优,并对其他年份其投入产出不足进行了改进分析,经过调整得到煤矿企业各年的最终投入的有效值,此结果可为未来的煤炭行业资金投入方向提供借鉴,为政府决策提供依据。

| Abstract: | Data envelopment analysis method is a non-parametric method, which has unique advantages in dealing with the complex issues of multiple-input multiple-output. This paper selected the decade actual data in coal mine of Shanxi Prov- ince and applied the DEA to evaluate the efficiency of coal mining enterprises from 2003 to 2013. The results showed that the efficiency is optimal in 2011. And then the inadequate investment and output was analyzed. The effective values ob- tained for each year can provide reference for the future investment of the coal industry and the basis for government deci- sion-making. |
