| 摘 要： | 竞技体育中,运动员年龄异化的问题屡屡出现,严重制约了我国竞技体育事业的健康发展。运动员年龄异化产生的主要原因有：经济利益的冲击;竞技体育中人文精神的缺失;体育法制、道德建设不完善;诚信的缺失等。因此,必须转变竞技观念,强调竞和思想,逐步健全完善竞技体育事业法制建设,加强奥林匹克精神教育,以促进我国竞技体育事业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In today’s competitive sports,athletes age,the problem of alienation often seen,the impact of its growing sports deep,serious constraints to the healthy development of competitive sports.Players are the main causes of the age of alienation： the impact of interest;competitive sport in the absence of human spirit;sports law,morality is imperfect;lack of integrity and so on.Therefore,only the concept of changing competitive,emphasizing the competition and thought,perfect sports legal system,strengthen the Olympic spirit and education,to promote the health of China’s competitive sports,and sustainable development. |
