| Abstract: | The factors of influencing housing prices are analyzed and the index selection principles to evaluate the development of real estate markets are clarified.This paper uses the methods of principal component analysis and clustering analysis,and properly analyzes the real estate development status of year 2009 in 31 provinces and municipalities around China by SAS software.According to the analysis report,there are distinct differences between real estate markets of different regions and development status even varies in neighbor provinces of the same region. |
