国民党处理红军俘虏政策——以第五次剿共期间为例

为了与中国共产党争夺民心等原因,国民党在第五次对中央红军的大规模围剿期间制定了完整的处置红军俘虏的政策。此政策并不是人们传统印象中对俘虏进行虐待和杀戮,而是有一套完整的审讯、感化和遣送回籍程序。然而由于国民党的政策执行力不强以及国民党的腐败,在实际运作中,这些政策并没有得到严格实施。

The Policy for the Kuomingtang Treating the CCP Captivies:In Period of Fifth Fighting with the CCP Army

For capturing the people′s support from the CCP and some other reasons,the Kuomingtang issued a complete policy for treating the CCP captives when it was in the Fifth Fighting with the CCP Army.The policy which the Kuomingtang treatd the CCP captives was not just abusing and killing as same as the old impression,but it had a complete sequence from trialing to reforming the captives′ thoughts to taking them back to their hometown.However,because the Kuomingtang was corruptive and its policy execution was weak,in fact,the policy was not been implied strictly.
