| Abstract: | Recruitment and management of foreign teachers at vocational colleges in China started late,progressed rapidly,and is confronted with some happening difficulties as well.A study on recruitment and management of foreign teachers is conducted,which aims at educational internationalization of vocational colleges.Some constructive measures are also proposed. |
