社群图视角下的班级凝聚力比较——对某高校励志班办学改革成效的侧面检视

摘    要:通过社群图的方法对某高校励志班和普通班进行对比调查,从社群图各变量指标、沟通方向等维度测量了两个班的凝聚力.结果显示励志班的凝聚力显著高于普通班,说明班级外部的资源配置、内部的明确目标、定期与不定期的鼓励与奖励,都将在很大程度上影响班级凝聚力.

A Comparative Study of Class Cohesion under the View of Social-Gram: The Profile Examination to Education Reform of Self-Improvement Class in Yibin University

Abstract:Through the method of community survey to the self-improvement class and the ordinary class of one university and the measurement of the cohesion of the two classes from variables index of social gram and communication direction.A research discovers that the cohesion of self-improvement class is significantly higher than the ordinary one after testing the achievements of the education reform from the profile.It proves that factors namely resources outside the class,the inner certain target,and the encouragement device in regular or irregular period are going to affect the class cohesion greatly.
