| 摘 要： | 高等学校的档案资料,全面真实地记载了学校发展的历史。只有充分发挥档案资料在教学、科研、管理、服务社会等方面的作用,重新激活大量积存的档案资料的育人功能,将看似过时的＂死档案＂用活用足,档案和档案管理的功能才能够充分显现出来。新建院校的本科教学合格评估,是检验高校档案工作日常运行质量、管理手段及其效能的试金石,是全方位体现高校档案功能的一项综合工程。

| Abstract: | Archives of a university are the real and all-round recorders of its development.The good function of archives will be well used when they could be reused fully in teaching,researching,managing and servicing the society.The archives of a university were misunderstood as ＂dead＂ thing and useless.For a new school,archives are very important in daily working and managing.They were also regarded as a test and a key subject for a university improving. |
