偏远地区少数民族法律意识状况的调查与思考

直到今日，边远地区少数民族的法律意识依然淡薄．表现在对国家法律知识了解很少；对我国依法治国建设不了解；诉讼利用率低；以及对自己所处的法制环境不太关注等。其中，既有社会文化、社会法律氛围的影响，也有主体自身的原因。提高的途径是：加强普法宣传教育；重视民族习惯文化传统的作用；加大市场经济发展的力度；切实提高文化教育水平等。

A Survey on Legal Awareness of Minority Nationalities in Remote Regions and Its Pondering

In the thesis, the authors made a survey on the legal awareness of the people of minority nationalities in the remote regions in Guangxi. It is pointed out that up to now, the legal awareness of the people in this district is still very weak, which is indicated in the ignorance of laws, of the building of the legal system, and in the lower rate of law suits and less concern about the legal environment around them. What have brought out these results lie not only in the influence of our social culture and legal atmosphere but also in the people themselves. In the end, the authors came up with some countermeasures towards these problems
