科技信息的网络动态监测和信息自动获取技术研究

摘    要:文章综述了国内外基于Robot的Web信息检索(IR)、定题检索、智能信息检索及其代理以及相关的信息自动获取技术的有关理论、方法和技术,探讨了适合技术预测与评估的需要、用于科学领域专题信息采集的、网络科技信息智能获取的方法和策略。构建了网络科技信息动态监测和信息自动获取系统的总体框架,实现了一个基于Web的系统原型(简称BIT),并分析了该系统的特点。

Abstract:This paper gives an overall survey to the Robot based Web information retrieval (IR), focuses information retrieval, intelligent information retrieval and intelligent information agent, and relevant theory, methods and technology of the information automatic acquisition, discusses the information retrieval methods and strategies suitable to the requirements of technology forecasting and accessing, to be used in the inforaion gethering on specific scientific areas, and to the intelligent network information acquisition. And conduct the selection work for the scientific resources which can be use for automatic collection. Based on these discussions, the paper constructs the framework on the dynamic auditing and automatic acquisition system on Internet WWW network scientific technology information, and realizes a prototype of the Web based information system (named BIT), at last, analyses the characteristics of the system.
