| 摘 要： | 如何充分发挥教师个体及专业教学团队在高职教育人才培养中的作用,是高职教育工作者应重视的问题。本文对职业院校教师执教能力的构成要素进行了分析,并结合新疆职业大学教师执教能力发展状况,对高职院校如何提升教师执教能力提出了自己的看法。
