| 摘 要： | 在六年改革实践的基础上，对人才培养模式目标、模式组织、培养模式和模式的个性化，以及建立与优秀人才培养模式相适应的、以科学管理机制和竞争机制为核心的运行机制体系其培养体系进行了相应的理论分析，以利于更进一步地促进人才培养模式多样化的研究与实践。
