| 摘 要： | 利用HNMR技术,采用滴定分析法考察了普通七元瓜环与腺嘌呤的相互作用,解析了其作用产物的结构特征。实验结果显示,普通七元瓜环与腺嘌呤能形成1:1的包结配合物。

| Abstract: | Interaction between cucurbitn=7]uril and adenine has been investigated, and the characteristics of the structur of this complex have been suggested by using 1HNMR technique and drop scale method. The experimental results showed that adenine as a molecular guest was bound in the cavity of Q7] in a ratio of 1:1. |
