| 摘 要： | 通过现场调查与统计分析看到,全国体育学院男女排在比赛中网上进攻区域不平衡;调整扣球的效果与进攻点离网的距离相关。为了提高命中率,应扩大进攻区域,选择命中率较高的中网进攻。

| Abstract: | The authors found the disequilibrium of the ove-net attack zone in the men and women volleyball competitions of P. E. institutes by on-the-spot investigations and statistical analysis. The paper shows that the results of the spikes adjusted are interrelated with the distance from the attack point to the net. Therefore, it is suggested that the attack zone be expanded and mid-net attacks with high average of success selected in order to improve the attacking average. |
