| 摘 要： | 折纳制作为租庸调制的重要补充,在唐代前期经济发展中起着重要作用.对于折纳制的评价,作者认为不应定位过高,盲目夸大其灵活变通等优点,而是认为折纳制本身以及它的推行存在种种弊端.因此,租庸调的折纳所带来的影响以及它的作用仍是负面的.

| Abstract: | As an important supplement, ZheNa System performed an important function in the economy of early period of Tang Dynasty. But the author thinks we shouldn't give the ZheNa System too high appraisement ,aggrandize its excellences such as agility, versatility, and so on. There are so many limitations of ZheNa System and its implement. So the influence of ZheNa of ZuYongDiao System is negative all the same. |
