| 摘 要： | 本文针对因犯罪人赔偿能力不足而导致的刑事案件判决中经济赔偿部分难于执行以至受害人得不到公平对待，并进而影响到国家司法权威的现象，特提出建立我国刑事附带民事诉讼中经济赔偿的国家特殊补偿制度。
