| Abstract: | How to complete the high quality teaching task of the common basketball course under the condition of reducing class hours is an urgent problem on carrying out the '97 course plan of the ministry of education. In this paper, the author uses the method of synthetic mental training in the common course. Through the application, it proved that a good effect has been gotten to grasp the skill quickly, especially the complex new skill. |
