| 摘 要： | 本文立足和谐社会，对人的全面发展做出剖析，从“人的全面发展”所具备的特征出发解释了它在和谐社会中应具有的新涵义：完整发展、和谐发展、自由发展，并阐述和谐社会中“人的全面发展”的实施手段：以人为本、关注人的价值和意义、突出人的个性发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the harmonious society, this paper makes an analysis of human being＇ s overall development. It emphasizes that in this society human being＇ s overall development should bear new meaning, namely, complete development, harmonious development and free development. Meanwhile, it discusses the means to implement human being＇s overall development： human-orientation, focus on human being＇s value and worth and emphasis on human＇s development of personality. |
