论高职院校学生内隐职业胜任力的模块化培养方法

借鉴工业模块化设计的原理,从高校大学生思想政治教育的实际出发,建立了高职学生内隐胜任力培养的六大模块:职业心理教育模块、职业道德教育模块、职业观教育模块、职业能力培养模块、职业生涯教育模块、职业综合素质教育模块。通过这种教育以期改变传统的教育模式,促进学生内隐职业胜任力的全面综合发展。

A Methodological Study on the Development of the Implicit Ability and Quality Qualified for the Job of Higher Vocational College

Using the theory of Modularity design, and depending on the reality of ideological and political education of college students, we build six module for their occupation on the implicit ability and quality qualified for the job module of occupational psychology education, module of professional morality, module of career conception, module of vocational ability, module of career life, module of professional quality. Through this way, hope to changing the traditional education mode, and causing the comprehensive development of the college students at the implicit ability and quality qualified for the job .
