发动机连杆三维实体建模和有限元分析

摘    要:应用Pro/E建立492Q型发动机连杆的三维实体模型,将简化后的模型导入ANSYS软件中,再进行网格划分,施加约束和载荷,建立连杆有限元模型,然后进行连杆有限元分析,得出了连杆的变形、应力分布和强度情况.

Abstract:A three-dimensional entity model of the 492Q-engine connecting rod is built using the Pro/E software.The simplified model is transferred into the ANSYS software.The connecting rod's finite element model is built by grid division and applying certain restraint and load.Through finite element analysis,the deformation,stress distribution and strength of the connecting rod are obtained.
