| 摘 要： | 从几千年的历史来看,选人用人问题确实是一个亟待解决却又不容易破解的难题.从伯乐相马式到科举考选制再到民主推选制,给人们提供了诸多非常有借鉴意义的实践和思考.高职院校的选人用人要真正做到量才授官、野无遗贤不是件容易的事,但以现代政治家、教育家的智慧,锐意改革,高职院校选任人才的制度将日臻完善.

| Abstract: | From thousands years of history,selecting and employing people is a problem to be resolved urgently but difficultly.Bole selecting horses,Imperial Examination and Democratic Selecting System have provided many practice and consideration with reference significance for the people.Although it is really not easier to be done,with modern politicians and educators' wisdom,commitment to reform,the selection talents system in higher vocational colleges will become more perfect. |
