| 摘 要： | 邓小平强调，要着眼于现代化建设的全局来谋划农村经济；要尊重和维护农民的经济主体地位；要大力发展乡镇企业，走农村城镇化发展道路；农村经济发展要经历和实现两次飞跃，逐步向第二次飞跃迈进。这些构想，对当前的社会主义新农村建设，具有多方面的重要启发意义。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping put great emphases on: designing rural economy with the view to the full extent of the Modernization Construction; respecting and protecting the farmers as economic subject; fully developing the township enterprises along the road of the Rural Urbanization; the development and the realization of the rural economy in two great leaps and making efforts to advance towards the second one. These ideas have great enlightening significance for the Construction of the New Socialistic Countryside in many aspects. |
