| 摘 要： | 民办高校的人才培养目标是关系到民办高校在市场经济的条件下谋生存、求发展的攸关大事。通过对新时期我国土建行业人才需求的调研分析，给出在高等教育走向大众化的今天，民办本科院校的土建学科系部，其办学定位与人才培养规格的建议。

| Abstract: | For non-governmental colleges,their training objective of students is closely related to their survival and development in the market economy.This paper analyses China's demand for professionals in the construction industry in the new era,and points out the school-running ideas and the professionals' training standards of the civil engineering majors in non-governmental colleges during the popularization of higher education. |
