本科课程设置与改革的关键因素分析

摘    要:本科课程设置与改革受到大学内外因素的制约,而内源性制约是当前改革需要首先关注的因素。构建有益于学科联通的教育教学组织,着眼学校与院系两个层面的课程设置改革,促进学生学习方式的转变,建立有效的评价系统,都是改革的关键性因素。而管理的有效驱动和过程控制则是改革的有力保证。

Abstract:Undergraduate curriculum designing and innovation are subject to a variety of external and internal influences. The internal influences are a top priority in the current educational reform. Other key factors encompass the construction of an educational mechanism conducive to interconnection of disciplines, the focus on program designing and college-wide course designing, the promotion of changes in student learning, and the establishment of a multi-dimensional evaluation system. In addition, administrators have a critical role to play in monitoring the innovation and creating a supportive environment in which experimentation can be pursued.
