| 摘 要： | 通过对一系列重要科学实验资料的分析,阐明了儿童肥胖的多基因遗传机制及多食少动导致能量过剩与脂肪积累的环境机制,提出了“控胖促高”、“均衡低脂的膳食”、“常有氧运动”和“慎用减肥药”等儿童肥胖防治策略,并对儿童肥胖症基因治疗的研究作了介绍。

| Abstract: | By analyzing a series of important scientific researches,the author clarifies the causes of children overweight: mutigene inheritance,overeating and insufficient exercise leading to energy surplus and fat accumulation.To solve the problem,the author puts forward the following measurements of overweight prevention: weight control and height increase,healthy diet and sports,cautious of taking weight lose drugs,and also introduces the treatment of fat children's gene. |
